Advantage Box is looking for an enthusiastic **Inside Sales / Customer Service **to join its growing team We’re looking for someone who has a great attitude, is a team player, and wants to work for a company that shows appreciation for hard work and rewards great results.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:

- Title: Inside Sales / Customer Service
- Employment: Full-time
- Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Location: 2080 Van Dyke Place, Richmond, BC and/or work from home
- Starting salary: Starting at $25/hr, depending on qualifications

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Entering customer orders into the company’s computer system
- Assisting customers with order progress and order tracking
- Helping to answer customer questions regarding the company’s products
- Being a customer liaison for other departments within the company
- Taking notes of customer feedback and directing to the appropriate department

**IDEAL CANDIDATE**:

- **Experience in B2B sales or business customer support roles**:

- Experience working in the moving, restoration, or self-storage industry a plus
- A professional and friendly phone manner
- A post-second education a plus
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in customer service
- Experience using Shopify and/or QuickBooks a plus
- Great attitude and collaboration skills
- A team player
