**Job Summary**

**ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Collaborate with senior sales staff to execute sales activities.
- Arrange for creation and distribution of supporting documents and presentations to help the sales team in generating business leads.
- Communicate effectively with customers.
- Support senior management by informing customers about delivery dates.
- Maintain sales records, invoices, and report month-end goal setting to the senior management team.
- Assess & respond quickly and effectively to customer needs or inquiries.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Write routine reports and correspondence.
- Exhibit a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude with customers and to be sensitive to their needs.
- Understand customer needs and requirements.
- Perform other assigned tasks from time to time.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Detailed oriented, responsible, and dedicated
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- University or college degree major in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent
- At least 1-3 years working experience in Inside sales coordination

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
