**About the Role**:
Reporting to the Inside Sales Team Lead, the Inside Sales Representative interacts closely with Customer Service, Design, Production and other Packaging Departments to ensure the customer’s experience and product is the priority in the business.

**Responsibilities**:
- Foster relationships with customers, to ensure that their packaging needs are fulfilled beyond expectations
- Actively manages and connects with existing inside account base
- Creates and maintains a detailed and consistent record of call cycles
- Occasionally travel to customer facilities, with the purpose of building a connection and learning more about their product line
- Consistently meets to exceeds monthly sales quotas, as well as any growth objectives assigned
- Initiate conversations and relationships with new customers to achieve targets for new business opportunities
- Strive to increase sales by upselling current products offered to better the customer’s experience
**Qualifications**:
- 2+ years in Customer Service or Inside Sales experience
- Packaging Experience an asset
- Drive to problem solve in a strategic and efficient manner to accomplish obstacles on hand
- Effective time management ability paired with a passion for organization
- Attentiveness to details with a strong technical aptitude and enthusiastic to be self-motivated
- Reliable transportation and valid BC driver’s license to meet with customers off site
