**Responsibilities**:

- Provide technical support to our employees at a dermatology clinic regarding macOS and iOS operating systems, MacBook, iMac, and iPad computers, printers, wireless connections, and data.
- Set up new MacBook, iMac, and iPad computers, printers, and wireless connections as needed on the macOS and iOS operating systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to macOS and iOS operating systems, MacBook, iMac, and iPad computers, printers, and wireless connections.
- Monitor and maintain the security of our MacBook, iMac, and iPad computers and data on the macOS and iOS operating systems.
- Keep up-to-date with new technologies and suggest improvements to our current systems on the macOS and iOS operating systems.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support.
- Experience with macOS and iOS operating systems, MacBook, iMac, and iPad computers, printers, and wireless connections.
- In-depth knowledge of the macOS and iOS operating systems and software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
