**JOB TITLE**

Service Coordinator

**HOURS**

30-40 / week, standard hours are Monday to Friday

**DEPARTMENT**

Service Division

**REPORTS TO**

Service Manager / Operations Manager

**SALARY**

$25 - $30/hr

**ROLE**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Primary point of contact for Customer:

- Communicate with clients regarding service requests, timelines, and follow-ups.
- Collect customer information.
- Determine customer requirements.
- Prepare work orders.

Manage Work Orders from start to finish:

- Schedule and dispatch electricians to site in coordination with service manager.
- Communicate with electricians to determine job requirements and to update schedule.
- Collect information from site to complete work order.
- Complete invoicing.

Primary point of contact between field staff and office:

- Monitor open work orders and support timely job completion and invoicing.
- Track technician schedules, job progress, and ensure compliance with safety and labour standards.
- Assist with invoicing, payroll time entries, and service-related reporting.

**EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and KNOWLEDGE**
- High school diploma required, post-secondary education in administration or project coordination an asset.
- Strong customer service, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with electrical terminology and construction practices is a strong asset.
