**Position Title**: Customer Service Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and order status.
- Assist customers in placing orders, and provide guidance on product selection.
- Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Collaborate with the warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate order fulfillment
- Track order statuses and communicate with internal teams to ensure order fulfillment
- Record detailed order notes to effectively communicate with internal teams on client communications and order statuses.
- Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
- Work closely with other staff members to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary, and after having exhausted all possible options within your jurisdiction.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our product line to provide effective assistance to customers in the decision making process.
- Stay informed about product updates, availability, and any relevant changes.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the internal company ERP system.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the team to implement proactive measures for customer satisfaction.
- Maintain the appearance of the showroom through light cleaning and organization.

**Required Skills**:

- University or college education is required, preferably in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in a customer service or related field. Office setting is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively assists clients, both old and new
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment
- All new employees are required to have COVID-19 vaccinations

**Salary**: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
