**The Position**:
Manage order processing, deliveries, and fulfillment for all of Cardinal’s customers.

**Specific Accountabilities**:
Live our Core Values
Process orders; Order entries and issue invoices
Administer customer service processes including customer EDI portal management (iTrade, Ariba, Retail link, SPS)
Handle all order desk related customer inquiries or re-direct to related department, includingshort shipments, fill rates, and product availability
Manage & administer customer traffic requirements - logistics (Pick up/delivery)
Ensure pricing accuracy on all orders
Manage U.S. Export documentation & processes
Manage inventory for the United States & Western Canada
Manage ECCnet database of product specifications & image portal
Accounts Receivable deduction support with verification and resolution
Continuous improvement in company policies and procedures
Flexibility required for absence coverage
Cross training of others within the department
Act within the company philosophy

**Ideal Qualifications**:
Prior experience working with EDI order systems
General knowledge of retail and food service industries
Experience in an accounting-related field
Post-secondary education in a business related field &/or 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service related role
Bilingualism an asset
