We offer private label programs and produce a range of products under our house brands that include emzone, zytec Germ Buster, and SunZone.

**Order Intake and Shipping Coordinator**

**Morning Shift 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday to Friday**

**What you will do**:

- Perform customer order intakes and coordinate with internal employees for pick up
- Keep logs and records of the stock and executed orders etc.
- Accurately keeping records of Purchase and Sales Orders
- Communicate with different carriers (UPS, Purolator, FedEx, MO and MJW) for shipping, order shipping supplies and monitor shipments to delivery.
- Track deliveries and provide tracking customers as well as to managers.
- Working with freight companies for quotes on rates.
- Enter sales orders accurately in the system for assigned customers
- Provide daily update of previous day’s shipments and log all invoices for outbound shipments
- Prepare export related documents for international shipments
- Log in previous day shipments and carrier invoices.
- Prepare shipping documents including packing slips, order descriptions etc.

**What you will need to be successful**:

- College/University Degree/educational equivalent
- Preference: Minimum 1 year experience in shipping environment, printing shipping docs etc.
- Previous customer service experience is an asset
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor issues.
- Capable of working at a consistently fast pace.
- Must be able to work cooperatively with others and independently.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Accuracy with a high attention-to-detail.
- Ability to multi-task in high-pressure environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel is required.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
