We are looking for an energetic, capable individual with a willingness to learn, that is ambitious, outgoing, and driven to perform. There is also a focus around colours and understanding our matching software and colour library organization, but also a diversity with a variety of roles and responsibilities that allow you to take a customer order from start to finish.

Our company is looking to fill an important role that focuses on B2B inside sales, customer service, and technical support. It includes taking customer orders, processing payments, fulfilling with the required products when needed, and creating appropriate documentation. Being a small, family business, everyone has an opportunity to perform tasks in a variety of business operations.

**As an Inside Salesperson your role includes**:

- Lead generation, customer acquisition, and growing existing sales.
- Research new markets and opportunities.
- Develop customer and vendor relationships.
- Assist in educating customers about products, learning about their project, and making suitable recommendations.
- Managing returns or product issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare required documents, process payments, and verify completion of orders.
- Verify inventory levels for orders.
- Records maintenance where required, such as colour library management, filing, and data entry.
- Other tasks that are assigned.
- General customer service and CRM.

**Required Skills and Qualifications for the Role**
- 1-3 years experience in a customer service focused, sales-driven environment.
- High School Diploma / GED, or higher.
- Native speaker or level C (advanced/professional) English required.
- Able to work collaboratively with great interpersonal skills.
- Have an aptitude for recognizing colours and colour properties.
- Familiar and comfortable with computers and programs such as Excel and Word and are open and capable of learning new software systems.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively is required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- A knowledgeable proficiency of measurements, mathematics, fractions, and numbers, especially as pertaining to colour formulas and mix ratios.
