Inside Sales - Industrial Components Apply for the Inside Sales - Industrial Components role at Applied Industrial Technologies - Canada. Our Purpose is to help our Customers, our Associates, our Suppliers, our Communities and our Shareholders in Achieving Superior Performance Applied® is a leading value‑added distributor of bearings, power transmission products, engineered fluid power components and systems, specialty flow control solutions, and other industrial supplies, serving MRO and OEM customers across Canada. Responsibilities Inside Sales activities and support for the service and parts center. Direct engagement in all sales activities. Maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of the company’s service offerings. Prospecting for new customers and demonstrating product benefits. Building ongoing relationships with customers. Responding to customer product inquiries both in person (branch) and via phone/email. Providing support to the outside sales force. Ensuring accurate, timely order processing through the computerized order processing system. Qualifications 2 or more years of Industrial or Fluid Power components sales experience. Self‑motivated, enthusiastic, and exhibits a positive attitude and desire to succeed. Interest in customer satisfaction and desire to provide excellent service always. Ability to multitask in a busy office environment while maintaining professionalism at all times. Attention to detail. Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal. Analytical and problem‑solving capability. Computer literacy with focus on Outlook, Word, Excel and SAP.
