**Responsibilities**:

- Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimum supervision
- Act as an ambassador for the hotel, focusing on superior guest services.
- Must have the ability to perform various hours and shifts.
- Take, cancel, and change room reservations.
- Being bilingual ( French/English) is an asset
- Register arriving guests, assign rooms, and check out guests.
- Process group arrivals and departures.
- Accurately process guests’ withdrawals and payments.
- Post charges to guest rooms and meeting rooms.
- Balance cash float and daily cashier reports.
- Act as a concierge, providing information to guests about hotel facilities, services, and points of interest in the area.
- Provide night audit relief.
- Other hotel-related duties as assigned.
- Follow emergency and safety procedures.
- 30-40 hours per week.
- Previous front desk experience is an asset. Answer incoming calls etc.
- Welcome customers, answer their questions and schedule appointments.
- Communicate with various departments.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 per hour
