**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Conduct bank reconciliations to verify cash balances and transactions.
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero for financial reporting and analysis.
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare budgets and assist in financial forecasting.
- Analyze accounts to identify discrepancies and provide solutions.
- Maintain organized financial records for audits and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks,
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles including account reconciliation, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Familiarity with payroll processing and budgeting practices is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
