**Position Details**:
**What you will do**:
- Provide support in carrying and planning out TPRM and Strategic Sourcing initiatives
- Assist in the design, deployment, and validation of the TPRM Framework, Policy, requirements, processes while aligning with regulatory requirements
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to Business Units as their single point of contact throughout the third-party lifecycle, coordinating with 2nd line control functions, ongoing monitoring / performance monitoring, issues management, data and reporting and offboarding activities
- Responsible for providing support for regulatory reporting on third party risk management for the insurance entities in accordance with OSFI guideline B10
- Ensure all third parties are appropriately monitored throughout the third party lifecycle to identify any changes in their risk profile
- Assist in drafting TPRM technology solution requirements and provide support to ensure standardization and automation of TPRM activities
- Support in identifying, developing, and facilitating sourcing strategies in key spend areas and strategic initiatives
- Provide assistance in designing the Strategic Sourcing Guideline and Policy
**Who you are**:
- University/College degree in Finance, Commerce, Legal, Risk Management or related field
- A minimum of 5 - 8 years of proven experience managing complex TPRM or strategic sourcing projects in P&C insurance or financial industry environment
- Strong knowledge and experience working in P&C insurance or reinsurance industry, or financial industry and regulatory requirements is required (B10, E21, OSFI)
- Professional designation in CIP and/or CRM is considered an asset
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral as well as demonstrated interpersonal skills
