**What you can expect to do here**:

- **Resource Allocation**:Manage the allocation of human, financial, and material resources across multiple major projects, ensuring efficiency and alignment with project objectives.
- **Workforce Planning**:Collaborate with project managers and department leads to forecast resource needs and address gaps proactively.
- **Stakeholder Coordination**:Act as a liaison between project teams, executives, and stakeholders to ensure resource-related challenges are addressed effectively.
- **Performance Monitoring**:Track and analyze resource utilization, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- **Budget Management**:Assist in the development and management of project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated within financial constraints.
- **Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of resource allocation, utilization, and performance metrics.
- **Reporting**:Provide regular updates to senior management on resource status, challenges, and recommendations.
- **Travel Coordination**:Support project teams and executives with travel arrangements and logistics as required.

**What you’ll bring to WSP**:

- **Education**:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**:Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in resource management, preferably within the engineering or construction industry.
- **Skills**:Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills; proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and office tools (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- **Certifications**:Relevant certifications in project management or resource management are an asset.
- Experience with workforce planning

**Skills**:

- **Leadership**:Proven ability to lead and manage resource planning for large-scale projects.
- **Analytical Abilities**:Strong analytical skills to assess resource utilization and identify areas for improvement.
- **Communication**:Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- **Flexibility**:Willingness to adapt to changing project needs and travel as required.
