As a result of our continued growth, AviSina is now offering opportunities for top performers to join our team. We are searching for an **Administrative Associate **for our Burnaby Office. This support role is a pivotal liaison for our clients, team, and stakeholders to ensure we provide industry leading client first commitment. As a vital part of our team, your superpowers are your ability to communicate and maintain a high level of organization.
**Key Responsibilities**
- You provide superior administrative support to ensure efficient operation of our Burnaby office.
- You carry out administrative duties such as filing, copying, binding, scanning etc. with diligence and attention to detail.
- You assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
- You support our accounting team by processing invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- You assist with travel arrangements and meeting arrangements for senior staff.
- You ensure operation of office equipment and supplies by completing preventive maintenance requirements; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories and ordering supplies as required.
- You support the team by performing tasks related to organizational operations, utilizing your strong communication skills.
**Experience and Education**
- Post-Secondary education preferred, though not required. Professional designations and certificates would be considered.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint, and others).
