**Summary**

We are seeking a **Microsoft Office 365 Security Administrator** to join our dynamic team at Club Support Inc. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure for our clients, which includes Golf, Sports, Yacht, and Social Clubs across Canada. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering top-notch technical support and innovative IT solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Administer and maintain security features in Microsoft 365, including Microsoft Defender, Purview (Compliance), Conditional Access, and Microsoft Entra (Azure AD).
- Monitor Microsoft 365 Security Center and Compliance Center for alerts and incidents.
- Configure and enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Conditional Access policies.
- Perform regular audits and compliance checks across the tenant.
- Respond to security incidents, coordinate remediation, and create incident reports.
- Implement governance policies (e.g., retention, eDiscovery, sensitivity labels).
- Stay updated on emerging threats and Microsoft 365 security roadmap developments.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven experience with Microsoft 365 administration and security tools.
- Strong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) in Azure AD.
- Hands-on experience with Defender for Office 365, Intune (optional), and compliance policies.
- Familiarity with PowerShell for automation and reporting.
- Microsoft certification(s) such as **SC-300**, **MS-500**, or **SC-200** preferred.

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
