**Overview**:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our growing windows and doors company. This role is the hub of our daily operations—managing administrative tasks, supporting our sales and installation teams, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, suppliers, and staff.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Schedule appointments, consultations, and installation dates.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Prepare quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and job-related documentation.
- Coordinate with suppliers for product orders, deliveries, and lead times.
- Track and manage office inventory, supplies, and equipment.
- Assist with payroll preparation and basic bookkeeping.
- Support the sales team with proposals and follow-ups.
- Ensure all administrative processes run efficiently and deadlines are met.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous administrative or office management experience (preferably in construction, home improvement, or related industries).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer service mindset with attention to detail.
