**Overview**:
**Our next team member will**:

- Possess strong knowledge and usage of using QuickBooks (or other accounting software) and Microsoft Tools (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- AP/AR, reconciliations and data-entry
- Maintaining and updating the CRM as well as other manual and computerized information filing systems
- Assist with onboarding new clients and confirming relevant information in CRM
- Working with the Client Relationship Manager on client initiatives
- Tracking team expense reports
- Act as first point answering phones and coordinating shipments and deliveries
- Responsible for opening and distributing regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information
- Act as Liaison between office, clients, technical team, and vendors/suppliers daily
- Ensure compliance with company policies and guidelines
- Work efficiently and autonomously
- Willing to learn products and services and have complete dedication to the position in order to be successful in our fast-paced environment
- Collaborate and work with other team members and vendor support resources
- Other administrative duties as assigned

**Must Haves**:

- Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant role
- Experience with accounting software and data-entry
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Passion for teamwork, problem solving, and exceptional customer service
- Must be well-spoken, organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and flexible
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work under pressure
- Meet tight deadlines in a timely manner and prioritize urgent requests
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Bookkeeping experience an asset
- Previous experience working with an MSP or in an IT environment preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
