**Requirements**:

- Answer phone and route calls accordingly
- Warmly greet guests and direct them appropriately
- Perform basic bookkeeping, filing, and clerical duties
- Deliver faxes and mail
- Provide other administrative support as required

**Qualifications**:

- Positive attitude as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven proficiency with various software programs, including MS Office
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and excellent organizational skills
- Able to work independently and ensure that the quality and quantity of work meets expectations
- Great work ethic

**Hours of work**: Part-Time
