**Overview**

**Duties**
- Answering phones in a very pleasant and upbeat manner and booking customers, dispatching technicians and managing the daily calendar.
- Sending paid /unpaid invoices.
- Payment management.
- Follow ups, review responses and message responses.

**Skills**
- Previous experience as a Receptionist.
- Proficient in using computer systems for scheduling and record management.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage their time and required tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with customers and staff.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Experience with phone systems and general office equipment is essential.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Receptionist: 3 years (required)
- Administrative: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)
