We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused **Part-Time Receptionist** to join our front office team.

Hours are Saturday 9:30am - 5pm & Sunday 11:45am - 5pm

**Main responsibilities include**:

- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional demeanor
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and reception area
- Support administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and updating client records
- Assist sales staff with clerical tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or administrative role preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Availability to work weekends and select weekdays as needed

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- administrative assistant: 2 years (preferred)
