As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you’ll start at the front door of Canada’s leading telecom brand—learning how Rogers delivers seamless experiences across wireless, home internet, entertainment, and security. The Entry-Level Sales Associate will support activations, clarify plan details, and absorb the sales fundamentals that drive customer satisfaction and retention.

**Core Functions of the Entry-Level Sales Associate**
- As an Entry-Level Sales Associate, you will promote Rogers’ wireless, internet, and bundled service options by delivering clear, product-aligned information across channels.
- Support sales initiatives by preparing campaign-ready materials, coordinating schedules, and tracking deliverables tied to performance goals.
- Maintain CRM platforms with precise records of customer preferences, service milestones, and engagement activity to ensure reporting accuracy and retention visibility.
- Provide timely updates on service offerings and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism across digital communication and phone support tools.
- Collaborate with fellow Entry-Level Sales Associates and cross-functional teams to align messaging, troubleshoot service challenges, and ensure seamless delivery of Rogers solutions.
- Analyze account activity and customer feedback to identify upsell opportunities and contribute to renewal strategies that strengthen long-term customer value.

**Education & Experience Needed for the Entry-Level Sales Associate**
- High school diploma or GED required; coursework in business, communications, or marketing is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, retail sales, customer service, or outreach roles—ideally within telecom, utilities, or subscription-based service environments.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and digital tools, with proven ability to manage accurate data entry, track engagement activity, and support workflow efficiency.

Pay: $50,000.00-$64,000.00 per year
