Our Auto Parts Manufacturing facility has been in business for over 30 years making quality aftermarket catalytic converters and automotive exhaust. We have developed one of the most extensive lines of converters in North America and we are proud to offer excellent products that fit and function at competitive prices.

Listed as one of the top manufacturers in the global automotive three-way catalytic converter market report. **We are looking for a new member for our growing AB Catalytic team.**

The inside sales associate is responsible for being our customer's main point of contact, building relationships and sales with new and existing accounts.
- Deliver high-quality customer support
- Develop new business with existing clients and educate and sell our products to new customers.
- Overseeing customer account management to maximize sales and profits.
- Must have a solid understanding of using accounting software and generating invoices, purchase orders and accounts receivable and monthly statements.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our parts according to customer needs and objectives.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding technical information, pricing, delivery or status information.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound freights for domestic and international shipments.

**Required Qualifications, Skills and Abilities**
- Proven B2B work experience as an Inside Sales Representative, Counter Representative, Sales Account manager or relevant role.
- Experience with inside sales is an asset
- Industrial or Manufacturing experience is considered an asset.
- MS Office experience with an emphasis on Outlook and Excel.
- Dependable & accountable.
- Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.

**Compensation**

**Salary**: $17 - $21/hr + health benefits. Determined based on experience and qualifications.

Monday - Friday 7:30 am to 4 pm.

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
