**What we're looking for**
**A day in the life**
- Provide confidential support to the Executive Assistant as assigned, including miscellaneous tasks that support various internal resources, firm executives, and operations
- Manage expense submissions for the Chief Executive Officer and Vice President, including large expenses incurred from business travel and special events
- Assist with event planning and coordination for annual celebrations, fundraising events, and retreats
- Manage food and beverage inventory for CEO’s office, seasonal snack bars, morale perks, and common kitchens where applicable
- Organize weekly and/or monthly morale perks and lunches in coordination with the firm’s Social Committee agenda and budget
- Coordinate catering for working lunches and client visits upon request
- Manage annual employee swag orders, including sourcing, sizing, and distribution
- Action employee gifts and recognition requests from project leads and supervisors
- Assist with business travel arrangements for Chief Executive Officer and Vice President, including domestic and international flights and accommodations
- Dependent on skillset, may be asked to draft company wide memos and communique as well as assist in the planning and development of social media content for company’s Linkedin and/or Instagram accounts
- Maintain Advisory practice resource schedule and attend weekly touchpoints
- Support hosts in organizing and crafting agenda for company townhall, including slide decks and/or visual content as needed
- Maintain up-to-date employee records in third-party milestone recognition platform
- Distribute, monitor, and summarize new employee surveys and feedback and communicate with HR department as needed
- Support and assist in various tasks alongside Receptionist, Human Resources, Finance Department, and/or Security Team as required
- Option to participate in various internal committees such as Social Committee, Safety Committee, and Culture Committee
