**Position Details**

**Job Title**: Administrative Coordinator

**Salary**: Starting at $50,000 annually

**Contract**: Permanent, full-time position

**Benefits**:

**Your Role**

As the **Administrative Coordinator**, you will be the backbone of our operations, handling essential administrative tasks to support our condominium clients. Your responsibilities include:

- **Record Management**:Maintain an updated register of owners, tenants, and their contact details; organize Corporation records in compliance with legal standards.
- **Facilities Management**: Manage registries for parking spots, lockers, and bicycle racks based on operational procedures.
- **Owner Communication**:Draft and distribute notices, coordinate mail-outs (newsletters, budgets, AGM packages), and provide information and assistance to owners.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and communicate office supply needs.
- **Filing and Documentation**: Maintain organized, digital filing systems for contracts and other essential documents.
- **Compliance and Certificates**:Prepare and distribute regulatory certificates (e.g., PICs, Information Update Certificates, New Owner Information Certificates).
- **Financial and Legal**: Oversee outsourced collections administration and assist with unit sale documentation, including status certificates.
- **Board Member Support**: Update CAO registrations and assist Board members with training and disclosure obligations.
