**Role - Integration Management**- Key member of operational due diligence team driving organizational design activities for acquisition integration- Establish key milestones and prepare integration plans with workstream leaders pre-closing to hit the ground running on Day 1- Lead integration management activities and coordinate cross-functional teams- Identify potential risks to integration plans and financials plans, and work with workstream leaders and the executive team to prepare and implement corrective actions- Monitor and report on post-deal financial performance, including synergy realization and key milestone achievements

**Required Qualifications and Key Attributes**- Bachelor’s degree required- Ideally 10 years of related experience, with operational experience in the software industry a key asset- Strong project management experience working with global, cross-functional teams- Ability to create and effectively communicate integration plans- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage up and down within the organization- Proven commercial acumen with the ability to assess and analyze key business drivers- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a changing and time-sensitive environment- Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment- Comfortable working across multiple time-zones depending on project activity
