**About the Job**

As a Complex Integration Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating complex robotics integration projects through our team of highly skilled systems integrators in our Complex Integration team. These projects include the design, development and testing of system integrations on top of our range of robotics platforms, as well as configuring the available software packages to unify the system. These systems are highly customized and offer unique challenges on every project.

It is the responsibility of the Complex Integration Manager to schedule and manage the technical details of multiple projects at a time, while ensuring client’s expectations are being met. To succeed, you will need to be a highly organized project planner, with extensive experience in full system integrations, including electrical, mechanical and software expertise.

**Primary Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor a team of skilled system integrators and software developers
- Develop and execute project schedules, including monitoring build progress, incoming purchase orders, and other relevant milestones
- Oversee the deployment and configuration of platform software and sensor drivers. This may at times include the development of new ROS drivers
- Act as the primary contact to clients, ensuring technical requirements are well understood while managing client expectations and change orders
- Review mechanical, electrical and software designs with systems integrators
- Coordinate with internal teams to schedule resources
- Work with system integrators to prepare test plans to validate system performance
- Identify ways to improve complex integration projects through standardization and process improvements
- Able to step in and assist with system integration and testing as required.

**Required Experience/Skills**:

- Undergraduate degree or significant experience in a relevant discipline
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Strong background in mechatronic system
- Experience with software development and deployment tools
- Extensive experience with direct customer contact
- An ability to drive change and create a workflow from scratch
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once, while still paying attention to detail.
- Knowledge of interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- Experience leading and managing a technical team
