**AtkinsRéalis** is hiring a **Change Manager**to join our team in Toronto, Ontario. This position reports to our Program Controls Director, The **Change Manager**will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of the change management process across multiple projects and programs, ensuring the identification, assessment, and implementation of changes to achieve successful program outcomes_._

**Location - Toronto, ON**

**Your role within the team**:

- Coordinates the interface with other program controls disciplines and with program delivery with the intent of effectively coordinating change management.
- Responsible for providing quality control and assurance of change requests and other related change documentation.
- Responsible for reporting change management information to the program’s Leadership and Executive teams and identifying items for escalation.
- Responsible for maintaining change management trackers and logs for the program and working with the program delivery team to communicate change decisions.
- Responsible for identifying opportunities for process improvement and collaborating with the other change coordinators to implement actions.

- A minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in change management from a program controls perspective in major infrastructure programs.
- Recognized degree in project/program management or related field.
- Demonstrable knowledge, understanding, and experience across a variety of program controls disciplines incl. schedule, cost, risk, and scope management.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills both verbal and written.
- Availability to work on site five days per week
- PMP, or other project management related certification considered an asset.
