**Join the Workplace Change Centre of Excellence (CoE) as a Workplace Change Manager - our purpose is to provide consistent support, as required, for Corporate Real Estate Office projects involving the movement of people, by customizing workplace change initiatives according to each project’s complexity level and stakeholders involved.**:
**You will partner with each Project Pillar across Real Estate and Technology to drive change management activities, communications from assessment to execution, to ensure our leaders, stakeholders and other impacted audiences understand the change and what it will mean for them and their teams. You will leverage existing materials created by the CoE and where opportunities for improvement arise, raise them to reduce complexity, support our Digital First priority.**:
**Mandate & Core Accountabilities**:

- ** Change Assessment**:Evaluate the scale and complexity of workplace transitions using standardized tools.**:

- ** Day to day change management**: Leverage Workplace Change Center of Excellence templates to develop and implement tailored change management activities and materials for each project’s complexity and stakeholders. Build workback schedules, timelines, transition plans, incorporating Project Pillar feedback**:

- ** Continuous improvement mindset**: Consistently refine Workplace Change CoE materials and processes to streamline and enhance future projects**:

- ** Emerging Issues & Risk identification**:Proactively identify potential issues and risks to adjust Workplace Change planned activities and content accordingly and navigating non-routine situations effectively**:

- ** Communications strategy**:Leverage CoE components to develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to drive awareness and understanding of changes**:

- ** Business as Usual (BAU) transition**:Oversee the transition to BAU, sourcing feedback through surveys and stakeholder sessions, identifying corrective actions and future adjustments**:

- ** Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed**:
**Qualifications**:

- ** Experience with corporate real estate moves and change management, managing variable number of stakeholders across multiple groups - ideal**:

- ** Experience with workplace change at major financial institutions - ideal**:

- ** Prosci change management certification and/or change management experience - ideal**:

- ** Highly proficient with PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations, Word for developing streamlined and effective communications and Excel, to support process improvement opportunities**:

- ** Typically between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience**:

- ** Verbal, written communication and presentation skills - In-depth**:

- ** Collaboration & team skills - In-depth**:

- ** Analytical and problem solving skills - In-depth**:

- ** Influence skills - In-depth**:
**This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days a week in the Eaton Center office**:
**Salary**:
$68,000.00 - $126,000.00

**Pay Type**:
Salaried

The above represents BMO Financial Group’s pay range and type.

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group’s expected target for the first year in this position.
