**JOB OVERVIEW**: The Catering Sales Manager is responsible for driving catering sales, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of events. This role combines sales strategy with event coordination, requiring a dynamic individual who can cultivate leads, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with culinary and operations teams to exceed client expectations.

**ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS**:

- Develop & maintain relationships with corporate, social, and wedding clients to drive catering revenue.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and cold calling.
- Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, and conduct site tours for potential clients.
- Negotiate catering contracts / Banquet Event Orders and ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with culinary, event planning, and operations teams to ensure flawless event execution.
- Track sales activity, generate weekly/monthly reports, and meet or exceed revenue goals.
- Attend industry events, bridal shows, and networking functions to promote the brand.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and client preferences.
- Handle client concerns and issues with a high level of professionalism and urgency.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

**Experience**:
1-3 years of experience in catering sales management

Hospitality Education Preferred

Must be located in commutable distance to Cambridge, Ontario, Canada

Must comply with B-Hospitality's mandatory vaccination policy.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
