B-elegant/catering Sales Manager

This position entails a dual role, merging the responsibilities of the Catering Sales Manager and B-Elegant Manager position.
- Conduct site inspections and sell B-Elegant Catering & Event Planning services.
- Handle off-site account details.
- Develop and conduct sales presentations.
- Meet and greet clients, conduct property tours, and promote facilities and services.
- Assist in promoting and selling the Food Trucks to local Corporations for onsite and offsite events.
- Travel to meet with or call individual corporate clients by telephone to solicit annual, weekday, and weekend business.
- Interact with clients to determine needs and direct staff accordingly. Respond to telephone and walk-in inquiries of potential guests.
- Create and communicate event plans to the Banquet and Food & Beverage staff.
- Prepare and revise banquet event orders. Coordinate weekly catering meetings to ensure accuracy of event delivery and guest satisfaction.
- Create contracts, proposals, menus, BEO’s for group events.
- Negotiate, prepare, and write contracts and enter information into the automated sales system.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly Catering/Sales reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
