**Duties**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, focusing on outside sales initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and account management.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and enhance brand visibility.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends to senior management.
**Experience**
- Proven experience in B2B sales, particularly in technology or technical sales environments.
- Strong background in business development with a focus on account management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing a diverse team of sales professionals.
- Proficient analytical skills to assess market data and drive strategic decisions.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45,268.24-$136,306.06 per year
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
