**Who We Are**

C3 Alliance Corp. provides a wide range of services and strategic advice to First Nations, resource developers, businesses, communities, and all levels of government. Our team assists clients with developing and implementing effective approaches to engagement that maximize local benefits. Reporting to the Associate Project Manager, the primary role of the Engagement Coordinator will be to facilitate and support the management of project related research and communications.

**Key Responsibilities**

Key tasks for the Engagement Coordinator include, but are not limited to, assisting with:

- Coordinating and attending meeting between C3’s clients and local communities, industry proponents, and government. This will include the timely preparation and distribution of meeting materials as well as liaising with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintaining communications as the single point of contact between project proponents and keeping accurate records thereof.
- Drafting written communications, reports, on behalf of C3’s clients. This will include conducting desktop research.
- Providing strategic advice in relation to BC resource development industry. This includes supporting the negotiation and implementation of legal agreements.
- The development and subsequent monitoring of project schedules. This includes keeping accurate and detailed project records.
- The development of project related budgets.

**Qualifications**:

- 2 years of experience in project coordination within the Indigenous or Community Relations field;
- A Diploma or Bachelors Degree within a related field is preferred.
- The ability to demonstrate discretion, tact and sound judgment, especially when reviewing sensitive or confidential information and determining the appropriate course of action.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Indigenous cultures, values, and protocols is highly desirable.
- Drivers License

**Salary**:

- Commensurate with experience.

**Schedule**:

- Full-Time Position.
- Monday to Friday - 40hrs per week.
- In office with part-time work from home opportunity following probation period.

**How to Apply**:
Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
