**Role Description**:
We are seeking a highly self-motivated and passionate individual to join our Marketing & Client Engagement team as a Client Engagement Coordinator.
The Client Engagement Coordinator has accountability for ensuring a consistent client-experience, including a timely turnaround of client requests. Primary supporting the Director of Client Engagement and ensuring clients’ needs are met, the Client Engagement Coordinator is also responsible for developing and maintaining Ostrom Climate’s online presence to drive client engagement and revenue growth.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
**Client Support**:
- Supports the Director of Client Engagement with client requests
- Develops and maintains ongoing relationships with clients
- Ensures that all of our customers’ claims around carbon offsetting are up-to-date and accurate
- Manages Ostrom Climate’s logo requests and subsequent usage by clients and partners
- Manages all partner logos on our website
- Manages clients’ contracts and invoicing
- Maintains client data in our client database
- Works with graphic designer to update infographics for various clients
- Creates and collaborates with team members on marketing collateral, presentations, online content, reports and other materials that clearly support Ostrom Climate’s objectives
- Supports the migration to a new CRM tool—ensuring we’re using it to its maximum capacity to meet our objectives
- Works to build our Offsetters Community - engaging community members and supporting them in supporting each other; this will include blog or newsletter posts; webinars in partnership with select clients
**Web Presence**:
**Website**:
- Manages Ostrom Climate’s website (updates & digital content creation)
- Works with agency partners to ensure that website is fully functional, and optimized for sales growth
- Elevates online relevance and presence through effective search engine optimization
- Analyses web traffic and relevant community metrics, insights and provide recommendations to meet business objectives
**Social Media**:
- Maintains and optimizes use of company social media channels with relevant topics
- Develops, executes and analyses Ostrom Climate’s quarterly newsletter to ensure resonance and relevance
**Offsetters Community**:
- Develops custom content, marketing and audience engagement plans for online community
- Engages with the online community and responds to comments and requests
- Plays a key role in further developing The Offsetters Community by gathering customer insights and collaborating on new concepts to shape community management practices
**Business Development**:
- Assists with writing and formatting contract-winning proposals and RFPs
- Identifies potential clients and completes appropriate research on the prospective clients’ business needs
- Becomes an expert on helping potential clients understand why we’re better than the competition so that they choose to work with us
**Admin Support**:
- Develops and maintain templates and manuals for external and internal purposes
- Formats reports to ensure they are on brand before they are sent to client
- Designs and manages the printing of business cards and marketing materials
- Manages transition to new electronic filing system
**Ideal Qualifications**:
- Post-Secondary degree: ideally in English, Communication, Business Administration, or Marketing
- At least two years’ experience in on-line marketing and/or online community engagement
- Demonstrated experience building strong relationships with people at all levels of an organization and ability to change communication style to fit audience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Eye for design and formatting
- Ability to think creatively to develop tailored engagement tactics
- Experience with PHP, html, WordPress, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, Google Analytics, and a CRM a bonus

Reports to Director of Client Engagement
