**About the Role**
Each category presents unique challenges and requires a tailored approach. For example, the **Commute** category requires recruiting PTC-qualified drivers, while **Salon Services** involves onboarding entire businesses like salons. The **Cleaning Services** category demands recruiting both service providers (e.g., cleaners) and building a client base such as Airbnb owners. Your ability to adapt strategies to meet the specific needs of each category will be essential to your success.
This role requires creativity, leadership, and persistence to build relationships, achieve category success, and make a lasting impact in your region.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Recruit professionals, businesses, or client bases as needed for your assigned category (e.g., PTC-qualified drivers for Commute, shops for Salon Services, or cleaners and clients for Cleaning Services).
- Develop Strug Inc.’s presence by leveraging local networks and partnerships.
- Create and implement strategies to accelerate growth and success within your category.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the professionals you onboard, helping them succeed on the platform.
