Get ready to celebrate global wellness with us. ***Opportunity**: Reporting to the Director of PR & Brand Engagement, the **Partnerships & Events Manager,** will be responsible for creating and managing Saje Partnerships & events strategy, to bring extraordinary brand experiences, and working closely with the Brand & Creative teams as well as our Channels Teams (Retail, Community, Digital, Social ) All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje’s culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers. **Responsibilities**: The **Partnerships & Events Manager t**akes on a key role in the management and execution of Saje’s marketing efforts, from a Partnerships & events perspective.The **Partnerships & Events Manager **will have a strong contribution to the Saje’s brand awareness growth and will need to be highly KPIs driven with a strong Marketing & brand sensitivity. **Events Management** - Creating and implementing full events strategy for Saje Natural Wellness: including Saje brand-focused events as well as participating to existing ones. - Creating concepts for events as part of Saje Marketing campaigns to drive awareness and ‘love’, to recruit new customers. - Working collaboratively with the Community & Retail Team to plan and execute the events. - Managing the events branding and communication with the Brand & Creative team. - Providing the Community Team with precise guidelines (does & don’ts) for local events managed by store teams for each campaign but also for always-on initiatives. - Researching of all top events / tradeshows / forums attended by industry leaders and main competitors globally & including Saje in all major relevant ones across Canada. - Exploring all opportunities for relevant events sponsorships among the Wellness, Sports, Lifestyle industries (among others) where Saje can add an extraordinary and unique experience. - Managing pop up and physical marketing activations - Handling logistics and managing organization of the events - Occasionally working with events agencies when the scope of the event requires it - Handling of budgets, invoicing and legal documents connected to events - Liaising and negotiating with vendors to agree on more beneficial terms for the company - Handling post-mortem events reports **Partnerships Management** - Creating and implementing full partnerships strategy for Saje Natural Wellness: from one-time initiatives collaborations, to more longer-term partnerships, to product co-development - Owning Saje Brands partnerships from start to finish: through regular meetings and diligent project management to lead and facilitate across all projects. - Owning the day-to-day communication with Saje Brands partners and work to build a strong business to business relationship through a clear contact strategy, including negotiating partnerships terms & conditions. - Managing any promotional activity surrounding the partnership launch. - Managing the budget for the partnership in collaboration with the Finance department. - Collaborating closely with Saje Social, Digital, Creative teams to deliver relevant content about the partnership to drive further channel growth and engagement across all channels. - Leading and managing all brand partnerships reporting and providing thoughtful recommendations for future collaborations. ***Applicant Requirements**: - Substantial experience ( >3-5 years) in Partnerships & Events Strategy and Management in a B2C environment. An experience in the Wellness, Beauty, Sports, or Apparel industry is a must. - Impeccable organizational skills with a resilient, positive mental attitude - Keen attention to detail in planning, organization and execution - A strong ability to work cross functionally with key stakeholders to understand how brand partnerships support the wider business context and objectives, and translate them into actionable tasks and takeaways - Strong sense of Brand Marketing - Great negotiating skills and commercial thinking. - Understanding of contract negotiations and the ability to support contract deliverables. - Commercial understanding and ability to work cross functionally with key stakeholders to understand how brand partnerships & events support the wider business context. - Highly KPIs driven and data obsessed. - Strong sense of urgency: dea
