**Overview**:
The On-Site Event Assistant is a vital member of the event day team, providing critical support to ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients and guests. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who is comfortable with a fast-paced environment and is willing to assist with a variety of tasks as needed. You’ll be the eyes and ears on the ground, helping to execute the event plan flawlessly.

**Location**: Van Nuys, CA 91401

**Salary**: $3,502 - month

**Experience**:
Previous experience in events, hospitality, customer service, or a related field is beneficial. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required. Must be able to stand for extended periods and potentially lift moderate weight. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a plus.

**Responsibilities**:
Assist with event setup, including arranging furniture, placing decor, and setting up signage. Provide direction and assistance to guests. Help manage vendor arrivals and setup. Troubleshoot minor on-site issues as they arise. Assist with managing guest flow and seating arrangements. Support the event planning team with various tasks as needed. Assist with event teardown and cleanup.
