**Job Summary**:
As a Service Writer, you will be the key liaison between our customers and technicians. Your main responsibilities include greeting customers, writing repair orders, estimating costs, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the service process.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and assist with service needs
- Write detailed and accurate repair orders
- Communicate service recommendations clearly
- Provide cost and time estimates for repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service completion
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process
- Manage records and invoicing
- Upsell maintenance services when appropriate
- Organize parts and inventory

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or GED required; additional technical training a plus
- Prior experience in a service advisor/writer role preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Basic mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive systems is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
