**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Greet customers and assess their automotive service needs.
- Create detailed work orders based on customer requests and vehicle inspections.
- Provide accurate estimates for services and repairs while effectively upselling additional services when appropriate.
- Maintain clear communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicles throughout the service process.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure proper understanding of repair needs and timelines.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, service history, and invoices.
- Foster strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building rapport with clients.
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive repair, enabling effective communication about vehicle issues.
- Proven sales ability, particularly in upselling services or products related to automotive maintenance.
- Experience in cash handling and financial transactions within a dealership or service environment.
- Familiarity with dealership operations is a plus, enhancing the ability to navigate the service process effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

Rate of pay will be based on experience and the knowledge that you will bring to the position. Advancement is achievable.
