**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Engage with customers through outbound calling to promote products and services.
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions and manage sales leads effectively.
- Conduct B2B sales activities, including negotiation and closing deals.
- Provide technical support and information about product features to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop business strategies that drive customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on inquiries promptly.
- Assist in marketing initiatives by providing feedback on customer preferences and trends.
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related fields.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Familiarity with technology sales, including technical sales concepts.
- Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of marketing principles and business development strategies is a plus.
