**Requirements**:
**Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative Position Requirements**:

- Strong command and fluency of the English language (written & verbal)
- Input and update CRM with Client's information
- Preparing optimal packaging solutions to meet client budgets, timelines and requirements
- Time management and organizational skills
- Following up with customers and clients to deliver the best customer experience
- Adhere to company policies and procedures on pricing, lead times, and order entry
- Meet sales quotas
- Strong attention to detail
- Proven customer service skills
- Ability to work individually as well as a team member
- Work in a team environment and offer assistance to others as requested and required
- Knowledge of MS Office as well as various business management software an asset
- Working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and pushing your limits
- Perform administrative tasks as requested
- Post-secondary education is an asset

**Technical Skills**:

- Experience in sales management, sales process cycle & customer support
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM programs/software and Google Applications
- Knowledge in Packaging & Printing is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $20.00 per hour
