- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage accounts effectively, maintaining relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Analyze customer needs and market trends to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to finalize agreements and enhance sales outcomes.
- Collaborate with technical sales teams to deliver accurate product information and support during the sales process.
- Stay informed about product offerings, industry developments, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in customer service or related fields; experience in building materials is ideal
- Strong skills in business development, account management, and sales strategies.
- Excellent analytical abilities to assess customer needs and market opportunities.
- Effective negotiation skills with the ability to influence decisions positively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on active listening.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
