**MDI has an opening for a Customer Service Rep - Inside sales**

We are a family-owned company with a small team, so finding the right fit is important to us. We are looking for someone that wants to learn everything there is to know about MDI and our products and is willing to get hands on shipping out orders. Training will begin with learning our warehouse and shipping positions learning our products and how we operate and assist each other wherever possible.

**In this Customer Sales Rep position, you will be responsible for**:

- Understanding our product catalog
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Entering sales accurately and timely
- Assisting our shipper whenever needed to build skids or pack customer orders
- Be proactive in the organization and clean-up of the office area
- Be proactive in maintaining a safe and co-operative work environment
- Ordering special order items
- Greeting walk in customers

- Ability to lift and carry parcels, up to and including 60 lbs.
- Quick earner with a strong memory & attention to detail.
- First Aid Certification.
- Open minded, freethinking and logical individual.
- Must be comfortable around dogs.

**Salary**:
$22.00 - $24.00/hour based on experience

**Schedule**:
Full time; Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, 1 Hour lunch
