Key Responsibilities:

- Greeting patients at the front desk and completing Covid screening protocols
- Scheduling appointments for our practitioners and patients
- Answering phone calls
- Ensuring the office is sanitary and safe for all patients and practitioners
- Responsible for monitoring small inventory of retail supplies and equipment
- Inputting data into our accounting software; experience with bookkeeping an asset
- Excellent communication skills and pleasant demeanour, including in stressful customer service situations
- Strong computer skills and willing to learn our Patient Management System
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task
- Process third-party, MVA, and WSIB insurance billing and private invoicing; previous experience an asset
- Manage receivable and payable accounts and maintain financial records

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$23.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift

Work Location: One location
