Lux Nail | Beauty Bar has been in business for over 6 years. We are currently looking to hire for our Grimsby location. We are seeking an experienced receptionist to join our amazing team

We are looking for a **Salon Receptionist**

**Responsibilities**:

- Opening & Closing tasks
- Maintain all staff schedules
- Process payment through POS
- Administration tasks
- Maximizing sales by booking appointment times accordingly
- Ensure high levels of customer service satisfaction
- Responsible for providing a high standard of customer service
- Responsible for end-of-day procedures to ensure the till is balanced
- Inventory
- Create social media content
- Willing to learn and make cafe drinks for clients

**Education**
- Secondary school education

**Skills**
- Basic computer skills
- experience with FRESHA / SHEDUL is an asset
- Basic social media knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to problem solve
- Multi-tasking and time management
- Ability to handle cash
- Solid written and verbal communication
- Ability to maintain high service levels under pressure and in a fast paced environment
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Self motivated, with the ability to make effective decisions

Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
