We seek an eager, service-oriented Hygiene Coordinator/Receptionist who excels in:

- Providing a 5-star service approach to patient care
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Creating connection & relationships with others
- Ability to manage the phone & schedule for optimal productivity
- Time management & computer skills
- Mastery of dental insurance verification, coding, billing & explanations
- 3+ years of proven administrative experience in a private dental practice is required
- Multi-tasking, problem solving and getting things done

Join our team at Dr. Joe & Associates Family & Cosmetic Dentistry in Grimsby, Ontario, where we have been dedicated to providing exceptional dental care and unparalleled patient experiences for over 35 years. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, detail-oriented administrative professional with a passion for exceptional customer service to be the welcoming face of our office.

**This is a full-time position with the following hours**:
Monday, Tuesday: 9:00a-6:30p

Wednesday, Thursday: 9:00a-5:30p

Friday: 9:00a-1:00p
