The firm serves an owner-managed client base in the GTA. A unique and flexible opportunity currently exists for an administrative assistant to join this professional organization.
Reporting directly to the owner, the assistant will provide general admin services, including some elementary technology assistance, preparing Board reports, booking travel, managing employee health plan, banking, some bookkeeping/ billing/ payment support, event planning, managing office supplies, scanning, and filing, special projects and much more.
**Part-time hours**: 8-15 hours/week
