Key Objectives As an Administrative Assistant at KPCA, you will play a crucial role in streamlining office processes, managing communication, and supporting various departments to ensure productivity and professionalism across the organization. Responsibilities Manage and coordinate daily office activities to maintain an organized and efficient work environment. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism and promptness. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members. Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations as needed. Maintain and update filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy retrieval of information. Assist with onboarding new employees and support HR-related administrative tasks. Order and manage office supplies and equipment to ensure uninterrupted operations. Collaborate with various departments to support special projects and events. Ensure confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or higher preferred. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
