**Position Title**: Business Analyst

**Location**: Regina, SK

**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with PMs, SMEs, 3rd party vendors, deployment teams, and the Application Management Services Team.
- Coach and mentor business SMEs throughout the project lifecycle.
- Document Use Cases based on Business Process and Workflow Models.
- Elicit, document, manage and communicate functional and non-functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
- Verify solution(s) meet requirements and quantify benefits/costs of each solution.
- Create and document feasibility studies, business cases, technical assessments, RFX. requirements, project charters, user manuals, system manuals, policies, processes, and procedures, etc.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- 8+ years as a Business Analyst with experience on business transformation projects.
- Education: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification. (mandatory)
- Experience preparing the business for change by conducting organizational readiness activities.
- Experience participating and facilitating business process model discovery and planning workshops and requirements gathering sessions to elicit business and technical requirements with an emphasis of understanding the business priorities.
- Experience communicating technical concepts to a variety of technical and non-technical audiences to various levels within an organization.
- Experience preparing project documents including, but not limited to, testing plans, use cases and user stories based on business processes.
- Experience analyzing business requirements and translating into business rules.
- Experience defining and outlining the scope of the business problem, opportunity, business outcome and identifying solution alternatives.
- Experience developing training, training materials and facilitating training for both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working with Microsoft Azure DevOps is considered an asset.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) in English is required.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
