Toronto, Canada Blue Collar Bakery HQ Full time

Blue Collar Bakery is looking for a reliable, punctual, and hard-working individual to join our production team as a morning mixer/shaper. This is a hands-on role in our bread department, focused on mixing and shaping dough, following recipes, and supporting the daily bread production schedule. You’ll report directly to the head baker and shift leads and be part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Mix bread doughs according to established recipes and schedules
- Shape and portion dough accurately and consistently
- Listen carefully and follow instructions precisely
- Maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment
- Work efficiently and respectfully with the rest of the team
- Communicate clearly with the Head Baker and Shift Leads

**Requirements**:

- Must have a valid Food Handler’s Certificate
- Able to consistently start at 7:00 AM
- Available to work weekends
- Able to work 8-9 hour shifts
- Reliable transportation — must be able to commute consistently
- Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Able to follow instructions and work well with others
- Experience in a bakery or with bread production is a plus — we’re happy to train the right person

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
